Position Overview:The Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate dispensing of veterinary medicines, effective inventory management, compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the clinical team in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations at Crown Veterinary Services.

Job Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Required Experience: Minimum 6 Years in same domain (Mandatory).

Must have Telangana Registered Free PCI License (Mandatory).

Candidate should be Fluent in English Communication (Mandatory).

Shift Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM and 12 PM - 9 PM (Shift changes monthly rotational basis)

Candidate should be comfortable in working at Pet Enviornment (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing & Customer Support:

- Dispense veterinary medicines as per the veterinarians prescription with accuracy and care.
- Explain dosage, usage instructions, and precautions to pet parents when required.
- Maintain proper labelling, packaging, and documentation for all dispensed medications.

Inventory & Stock Management:

- Maintain optimal stock levels of medicines, supplies, and consumables.
- Conduct regular stock checks, monitor expiry dates, and handle removal of expired/near-expiry items.
- Coordinate with the Purchase/Inventory team for timely ordering and replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines and vaccines.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Adhere to all legal and regulatory standards for veterinary pharmacy operations.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records, including prescriptions, stock register, and controlled drugs.
- Support audits, stock reconciliations, and monthly reporting.

Operational Support:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy area at all times.
- Assist veterinarians and technicians by ensuring availability of required medicines and consumables.
- Follow all Crown Vet protocols, SOPs, and safety guidelines.




- Provide excellent service and communication to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institute (mandatory).
- Valid Pharmacist License (as per state regulations- Telangana).
- Experience in medical or veterinary pharmacy preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of veterinary medicines is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer applications.
