The role involves designing, developing, and implementing HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering scalable employee service experiences

Key Skills Required
Robust experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
Development and customization of:
Case Management
Employee Service Center
Knowledge Management
HR Workflows, Lifecycle Events, and Integrations
Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Flow Designer Workflows
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes,
UI Policies, and ACLs
Integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, and Platform Development
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal
Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts
Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows

Strong hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development experience is mandatory.
