We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented CPC Certified Freshers to join our Medical Coding team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have obtained their AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and are looking to build a career in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Review patient medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer-specific guidelines and industry standards.
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as defined by the organization.
- Identify documentation gaps and escalate coding-related queries when required.
- Stay updated with coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and coding compliance requirements.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.

Education

- Any Life Sciences graduate with relevant educational background





Certification

- Mandatory: Valid AAPC Certified Qualified Coder (CPC) certification.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of medical coding experience may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
