Role & responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer components and systems.
- Implement and manage system backups and recovery procedures.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Collaborate with the network team to optimize network performance.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Implementation of policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, system administration, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
