Skills: Knowledge and Experience in supporting Newgen Product Suite ( iBPS-Omniapp , OmniDocs , OmniScan 5.0, Classificator,BAM) . Knowledge of Sqls , PL/SQL, Core Java.
:
- DMS SBAO Application Techno Functional Support (L2 Technical Support to Branches, RPUs) .
- Create recent reports/ Resolve reports related Issues in BAM. Coordinate with business vertical.
- Troubleshooting of day to day issues in DMS, Testing & Implementing bug fixes.
- Deploy any CRs in UAT/production environments.
- Coordination with Infra team for VA patching , OS and DB patching etc.
