Job Summary

We are seeking a client-focused CRM to serve as the primary point of contact for MSP and enterprise clients within the US staffing industry. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication, understanding workforce needs, coordinating with internal teams, and driving overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel at stakeholder management, account growth, and maintaining long-term partnerships in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, MSPs, VMS and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, status calls, and business reviews.
- Understand client hiring needs, workforce plans, and business goals.
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively.
- Handle client queries and escalations promptly.
- Coordinate effectively between clients and delivery teams.

MSP/VMS Program Management

- Work closely with MSP program managers and vendor management teams.
- Monitor activities in VMS platforms and ensure process compliance.
- Follow client-specific guidelines and communication protocols.
- Support client onboarding, process updates, and program changes.

Account Growth & Retention





- Develop long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Support contract renewals and client retention initiatives.
- Gather client feedback and drive service improvements.

Reporting & Business Reviews

- Prepare and present account performance reports.
- Track client satisfaction and account health.
- Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
- Share relevant market insights and workforce trends with clients.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or MSP Program Management within US Staffing.
- Robust understanding of MSP/VMS staffing environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships.
- Experience managing multiple client stakeholders and accounts simultaneously.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of contingent workforce management.
