Compensation

- CTC: 33,750 (31,750 Fixed + 2,000 PLI)

- In-Hand Salary: Approximately 27,000

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers professionally through calls, chat, or email.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

- Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

- Ensure accurate documentation and follow organizational processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate (Mandatory).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong command of English with no grammatical errors in written communication.

- Comfortable working in night shifts.

- Comfortable with sales and achieving sales targets.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
