- Placement Manager to lead recruitment activities and drive successful placement opportunities for candidates. The role involves building strong relationships with employers, understanding their hiring requirements, managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful candidate placements. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with companies and hiring managers.
- Employer &
- Client Management Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers. Identify and onboard new corporate clients and hiring partners. Understand current and future manpower requirements of employers. Negotiate hiring terms, commercial arrangements, and placement requirements where applicable. Maintain regular communication with existing employer partners to generate repeat hiring opportunities.
- Recruitment &
- Hiring Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement. Understand job descriptions, candidate requirements, skills, experience, and compensation expectations. Source and screen suitable candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels. Conduct preliminary candidate screening and interviews. Shortlist candidates based on employer requirements and organizational hiring standards. Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and selection processes between candidates and employers.



Follow up with candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process. 3.

Placement

ManagementDrive placement targets and ensure timely closure of open positions. Track candidate progress from application through joining. Maintain an updated database of candidates, vacancies, interviews, offers, and placements. Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process for selected candidates. Track candidate retention and employer feedback after placement. Resolve candidate/employer concerns and ensure a positive placement experience. 4.

Team Management

Lead and mentor the recruitment and placement team. Allocate hiring requirements and targets among team members. Monitor daily/weekly recruitment activities and performance. Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity. Establish effective recruitment processes, SOPs, and performance metrics. 5.

Business Development

Identify new companies and industries with potential hiring demand. Generate new placement opportunities through networking, corporate outreach, events, and partnerships. Explore opportunities for long-term recruitment partnerships. Support business growth by increasing the number and quality of employer tie-ups.

- MIS Maintain accurate recruitment and placement records.
