Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Industry: Diagnostic Centre / Healthcare

Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred

Experience: 3–7 Years in Diagnostic, Healthcare, Pharma, or Hospital Sales

Salary: Best as per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a result-driven approach.
