Job Title: Curriculum Designer Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Curriculum Designer to develop engaging, learner-centric academic and skill-based content for our EdTech programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, content development, and understanding of modern teaching-learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and structure curriculum for various academic and professional courses.

- Create detailed lesson plans, learning objectives, assessments, and supporting materials.
- Develop interactive and multimedia-based content (videos, presentations, quizzes, worksheets, etc.).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and product teams to ensure content quality.
- Conduct research on industry trends, educational frameworks, and learner needs.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with learning outcomes, standards, and EdTech best practices.
- Continuously update and improve curriculum based on feedback, data, and learner performance.




- Implement instructional design models like ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.
- Maintain content accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all modules.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

- 2–8 years of experience in curriculum design or content development (preferably in EdTech).
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and instructional strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or other content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
