Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hi-Fi systems based on their listening preferences, space and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain audio equipment, system matching and technical features in straightforward terms.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with leads and support customers through the complete sales process.
- Assist with system setup, installation coordination, troubleshooting and after-sales support.
