Role Description This is a full-time, in office Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer role based in Indore. The engineer will design, review, and optimize HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring compliance with clean room standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.

Daily tasks include preparing HVAC layouts and calculations, developing CAD drawings, selecting equipment, and coordinating with architecture, structural, electrical, and MEP teams to integrate HVAC solutions. The role involves supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, as well as diagnosing performance issues and recommending maintenance and repair actions.



The engineer will collaborate closely with project managers and clients, provide technical documentation, and support continuous improvement of HVAC design practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design for clean rooms and pharmaceutical environments.
- Candidates should possess solid practical experience with HVAC systems, including system sizing, equipment selection, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing HVAC drawings, layouts, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance planning.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical or related field) with experience in HVAC projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and guidelines for clean rooms, GMP, and environmental control, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and contractors.
- Experience with project execution, site supervision, and documentation; familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions is an advantage.
