Role & responsibilities -We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Headmistress to lead the Pre-Primary and Primary Wing. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic leadership, administrative expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the holistic development of students and the professional growth of teachers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary Wing.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and quality teaching-learning practices.
- Mentor, evaluate, and support teachers through regular observations and feedback.
- Maintain discipline, student welfare, and a safe learning workplace.
- Coordinate examinations, school activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, CBSE guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Promote innovation, teamwork,



and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience in CBSE School, with 5-10 years in a leadership role with Pre-primary & Primary zone (Coordinator/Headmistress/Vice Principal).

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, and classroom management.
