Role : Head – US Staffing (India)

Location : Chennai , Noida , Hyderabad (Frequent Travel to the United States)

We are looking for an accomplished Head – US Staffing to lead and scale our US staffing business. This is a strategic leadership role for an industry veteran with a proven track record of building high-performing recruitment organizations, driving profitable growth, and managing large enterprise staffing engagements.

The ideal candidate will bring over two decades of experience in the US staffing industry, extensive exposure to MSP ecosystems, and solid commercial acumen with end-to-end business ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall US Staffing business with complete ownership of growth, delivery, operations, and profitability.
- Own the P&L; and drive revenue, margins, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans across key industry verticals.
- Build, mentor, and lead large recruitment and delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive recruiter productivity, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction through best-in-class processes and metrics.
- Strengthen relationships with enterprise clients, MSPs, implementation partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Expand existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities in the US staffing market.
- Ensure effective utilization of VMS platforms and compliance with client-specific hiring processes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, account management, finance, HR,



and leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
- Represent the organization during client meetings, business reviews, and industry events in the United States.

Desired Profile

- 20+ years of progressive experience in the US Staffing industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale US recruitment operations.
- Strong experience working with major MSP programs and enterprise staffing engagements.
- Proven experience managing large recruitment and delivery teams.
- Hands-on experience with P&L; ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, recruitment metrics, compliance, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive transformation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must possess a valid multiple-entry US B1 Visa.
- Willingness to undertake frequent business travel to the United States.
- Ready to work in India night shift.
- Based in India.
