Experience - at least 15-20 yrs experience out of which 8-12 yrs handling SQA and 4 to 5 years worked at a Manager level in heirarchy
Job Location - Thane (at corporate office)
Reportees (Direct) - 4 nos / Indirect - 4 to 6nos
Job Purpose - To ensure Zero defect from outsourced supplies, & strengthen quality reliability of Suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge of Quality control & Quality assurance methodologies,
- Develop & Implement quality strategies for Supply chain
- Knowledge of various tools like FMEA, MSA, checksheets, control plan, RCA, CAPA etc,
- Knowledge of systems like ISO 9001, IATF 16469, ISO 14001, OHSAS etc,
- Experience of TQM implementation at supplier end,
Knowledge of MMOGLE is preferred
- Inspection & Auditing expert, Exposure to Gauging & gauge management.
- Robust communication skills & ability of influencing supplier managements
