We are looking for an experienced Project Head Sales with a strong background in residential real estate to lead end-to-end sales operations for premium projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving sales targets, managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams, handling channel partners, brokers, and direct clients, and leading project launches, pricing strategies, and sales planning.
Key Requirements
- 8 to 15 years in residential real estate sales. (At least 3 to 5 years leading a sales team.)
- Experience working with a real estate developer
- Deep understanding of Bangalore real estate market, especially South/East corridors
- Robust track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential real estate
