Role Description The Head PMC (Project Management Consultant) will lead end-to-end project management for integrated township developments, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves overseeing planning, scheduling, cost control, and execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. The role includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, monitoring construction progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental norms.

The Head PMC will provide leadership to project teams, implement project management best practices, and regularly report project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. The role also involves optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement,



and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and risk management for large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.

Experience overseeing construction management activities such as site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and contractor coordination.

Proficiency in cost management, budgeting, estimation, and contract administration to ensure financial discipline and value engineering.

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural and MEP engineers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.

Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard PMC processes and methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.

Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in managing large real estate, township, or mixed-use development projects, preferably in an urban context.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
