Role & responsibilities The incumbent shall be responsible for overall plant operations such as Strategy Planning, Production & Process Management, Maintenance leadership, Quality Control, Safety & Setting, Cost Control, Team Management etc.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B. Tech - Chemical Engineering with 20+ years of experience from Integrated Cement Plant.
- Extensive experience in cement plant operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and maintenance practices.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve operational targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities, including communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
