About the Opportunity A fast-growing, multi-business clean energy and green mobility group — spanning CNG, LNG, hydrogen, and battery/lithium-ion technologies — is hiring a Head of Strategy to serve as the Managing Director’s strategic partner. This is a high-visibility, CXO-adjacent role driving enterprise governance, portfolio strategy, M&A;/divestitures, and current business incubation across a diversified industrial and clean energy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- • Build and run an enterprise governance framework — executive dashboards, KPIs, and structured review cadences across multiple businesses
- • Develop clean energy market intelligence — global trends, regulations, competitor and investment landscape
- • Drive portfolio optimisation, value creation roadmaps, and ROIC improvement across business units
- • Lead a strategic turnaround and divestment process for a business unit, working with finance, legal, and investment advisors
- • Support incubation and scaling of new ventures,



including fundraising and investor engagement
- • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships, alliances, and M&A; opportunities
- • Drive EBITDA improvement initiatives through business diagnostics and execution tracking
- • Support the MD’s office with board presentations, investment analyses, and special projects
