We’re hiring: Head of Sales ARC Insulation & Insulators Limited is seeking a distinguished sales leader to drive growth across India and selected international markets. The role will lead sales for our advanced GFRP products across infrastructure, construction, mining, petrochemicals, utilities, and heavy industry. What you’ll do: Own revenue, margins, sales strategy, and market expansion Build relationships with EPCs, consultants, project owners, government bodies, and industrial customers Lead strategic accounts, major tenders, and complex negotiations Build and mentor a high-performing sales team Strengthen pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline What we’re looking for: 12+ years of B2B sales experience in engineered products, infrastructure, construction materials, or industrial solutions A proven record of profitable revenue growth Robust industry relationships and commercial judgement Location: Kolkata, India
