- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from feasibility, design, vendor selection to commissioning and handover

- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and regulatory standards (GMP/EHS)

- Drive ROI analysis, cost governance, and risk management

The Successful Applicant A Successful Head Capex Should Have

- 15-20+ years of experience in CAPEX/project leadership roles

- Proven track record in delivering large-scale manufacturing projects end-to-end

- Strong background in pharma, life sciences, biologics, or FMCG sectors

- Expertise in engineering, costing, vendor management, and compliance frameworks

- Engineering degree (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial or equivalent)

- High level of ownership, governance focus, and stakeholder management capability
