About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Product to lead our product strategy and usher in our next phase of hyper-growth at on of our portfolio company (a funded startup).

In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the Founders, driving high-level growth conversations, defining the long-term vision, and translating overarching business goals into scalable product outcomes.

Simultaneously, you will pioneer and manage AI-first product and engineering processes —redefining how our teams build, ship, and iterate by integrating cutting-edge AI workflows into the heart of our operations. As the bridge between execution and strategy, you will collaborate heavily with cross-functional department heads (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align business vectors and maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities****1. Strategic Growth & Founder Partnership

- Work directly with the Founders to define, challenge, and execute the company’s core growth strategies and product roadmap.
- Translate macro business goals into clear product metrics, unit economics, and actionable execution plans.
- Own product-led growth (PLG) and user acquisition/retention strategies to accelerate revenue.

2. AI-First Operations & Product Architecture

- Architect and implement AI-first processes across product and engineering workflows (e.g., leveraging AI for spec writing, prototyping, automated testing, code generation, and data synthesis).
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging generative AI, LLM frameworks,



and automation tools to continuously optimize the team’s development velocity.
- Champion a culture of fast iteration, intelligent automation, and AI-driven decision-making.

3. Executive Leadership & Department Alignment

- Partner closely with Department Heads (Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success) to break down silos, harmonize goals, and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of accountability, autonomy, and continuous learning.
- Communicate product direction clearly across the entire organization, aligning all teams around the macro vision.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Track Record: 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role (Head of Product, VP, or Director level) in a fast-growing tech setting.
- Growth Mindset: Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving growth conversations directly alongside founders or executive boards.
- AI-Native Fluent: Deep familiarity with modern AI tools, LLMs, and workflows. Proven experience integrating AI into software development life cycles (SDLC) or product capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional communicator capable of aligning diverse departmental leads and rallying stakeholders around unified outcomes.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Highly analytical approach to problem-solving, product analytics, and customer feedback loops.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
