About Our Client A company in the healthcare tech industry based in Bengaluru.

- Lead end-to-end operations across Private and Government healthcare business segments.

- Manage Customer Success, Customer Support, Field Service, and Inventory & Logistics functions.

- Drive operational strategy, execution, and performance against business goals.

- Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams.

- Build and implement SOPs, escalation frameworks, and scalable operational processes.

- Partner with Sales, Technology, and Medical teams to align operations with growth objectives.

- Oversee inventory management, field installations, service delivery, billing, and customer support activities.

- Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

- Strong experience in healthcare operations

- Start-up mindset, experience in business operations

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Solid track record of building scalable processes, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance management systems from the ground up.

- Confidence using data to make decisions

- Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards

- Good problem-solving and organisational abilities
