Role Purpose

Own end-to-end planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics and customer support—ensuring material availability, timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Drive demand planning and SKU availability.

Improve OTIF and order fulfilment.

Maintain physical-versus-system inventory accuracy.

Improve Inventory Turnover Ratio and control ageing stock.

Lead warehouse productivity, safety and stock discipline.

Optimise freight, vehicle utilisation and logistics costs.

Resolve delivery, shortage, damage and replacement issues.

Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Suppliers and Transporters.

Success Metrics

OTIF and order fill rate

Material availability and stock-outs

Inventory accuracy and ITR

Ageing and damaged inventory

Warehouse productivity

Logistics cost as a percentage of sales

Customer complaint-resolution time

Core Outcome: Right material, right quantity, right place, right time—at the right cost.
