Jaipur Rugs is looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Human Resources tolead the HR function and support the organization’s continued growth and transformation. The role will be responsible for building strong people practices, driving talent strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s values and vision.

The HR Head will work closely with senior leadership to develop HR strategies, strengthen organizational capability, and ensure an engaging and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth plans.

Lead Talent Acquisition including leadership hiring, workforce planning, and employer branding.

Design and implement HR policies, systems,



and processes that support organizational efficiency.

Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and retention strategies.

Oversee performance management frameworks, KRAs, and appraisal processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR governance.

Lead learning and development programs to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.

Partner with business leaders on organizational development, succession planning, and change management.

Manage compensation and advantages strategy to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Requirements

10+ years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple HR functions.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or strategic HR role.

Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive people transformation initiatives.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resourcesor related field preferred.
