We are looking to urgently hire a Head of Engineering who will oversee our engineering function and shape the technical vision of our SaaS platform. This position will focus on developing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that align with product expansion and growing customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and expand the engineering team
- Take ownership of the SaaS platform architecture, system performance, and overall reliability
- Establish and implement the long-term technology strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate closely with Product and Leadership teams to align technical execution with business goals
- Maintain high standards of system availability, security, and data integrity

Required Qualifications:





- Strong experience in building and managing SaaS products
- Proven ability to lead technical teams or manage complex projects
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- Experience scaling platforms to accommodate customer growth
- Solid communication abilities and confident decision-making skills
