Title: Head of Design

Reports to: Founder

Manages: Brand Team + Design Team

This is a brand-first role.

Design is the medium through which brand strategy comes to life—not the end goal.

You'll shape how brands are positioned, perceived, and scaled while leading both strategy and creative execution. What You'll Do

Lead brand strategy, positioning, and visual direction.

Translate business goals into brand systems and creative decisions.

Mentor and manage the Brand and Design teams.

Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and review systems.





Spend 20–30% of your time designing key brand moments and giving meaningful creative feedback. What We're Looking For

5–8 years of experience in branding and design.

Strong brand thinking with excellent design fundamentals.

Experience building brand identities and leading creative teams.

Ability to balance business thinking, creativity, and execution.

Someone who builds systems, not bottlenecks. You'll Thrive Here If
