Role

We're looking for a Head of Communications to lead communications for our clients and build strong, consistent brand narratives. You'll work directly with founders to shape how their companies are perceived by customers, investors, partners, and the media.

Responsibilities

- Develop messaging and communication strategies for startup clients.

- Lead founder, brand, and corporate communications.

- Oversee content across websites, pitch decks, blogs, and social media.

- Manage PR, media outreach, and press communications.

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and industry publications.

- Lead reputation management, including proactive brand positioning and communication during sensitive situations.





- Support investor communications and fundraising narratives.

- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all channels.

- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and strategists to deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in communications, PR, content, or corporate communications.

- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

- Experience working with startups, technology companies, or agencies.

- Robust understanding of media relations and reputation management.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work directly with founders.
