The Role We're hiring a Head of AI Engineering to lead the technical vision, AI architecture, and engineering culture behind our platform.

You'll work directly with the founders to turn the product vision into a reliable, scalable AI platform. This is a 0→1 company-building role for someone who can operate like a technical co-founder: defining architecture and making key AI and infrastructure decisions.

The Hard Problems

Build a brand intelligence layer for each brand that compounds with every campaign cycle.

Make an LLM-driven copilot reliable enough for real marketing use.

Mine winning patterns from thousands of videos and static ads to create the next creative.

Create predictive creative scoring that marketers can actually trust.

Core Responsibilities

Technical vision and roadmap: Translate the company's product vision and ambiguous customer problems into a transparent technical strategy and execution roadmap.

Platform and data infrastructure: Own secure data ingestion, reliable pipelines, and scalable back-end systems across campaign and performance data.

Agentic workflows and AI skills: Build reliable orchestration across intent, planning, skill routing, prompt systems, retrieval, and multi-step AI workflows.

Reliability and enterprise readiness: Build evaluation frameworks, observability, cost-performance, and automated testing for non-deterministic AI outputs.

Engineering leadership: Recruit, mentor,



and lead a high-ownership tech team with strong standards for speed, quality, and technical judgment.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of total experience in software/AI engineering.

3+ years in a leadership/management role, ideally managing other leads or senior ICs.

Experience taking agentic AI or applied AI/ML systems into production environments.

Strong technical judgment with the ability to make long-term architecture and infrastructure decisions.

Ability to design scalable back-end systems, APIs, data pipelines, and low-latency workflows.

Deep understanding of workflow decomposition, RAG pipelines, tool-calling logic, state management, evals, and reliability for AI systems.

Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack, or similar agentic/LLM frameworks.

Experience with model evaluation, retrieval systems, vector databases, multimodal analysis, scoring systems, and fine-tuning where needed.

Strong engineering fundamentals across Python/Node, React, Postgres, Redis, queues, object storage, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
