- Oversee Sales financial operations including budgeting, planning, monthly MIS, NEP optimisation.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial data.
- Review and analyse books and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Co-ordination with Statutory and Internal auditors to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline sales, accounts and business controllership processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
