About our client Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries providing employment to 250 people Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in and market sell their products for them They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time and are looking for new talent Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Process Setup Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a special focus on field sales hiring Medical Representatives Key Account Managers Technical Specialists Sales Managers Build implement and continuously improve structured hiring processes and systems to ensure a strong sustainable talent pipeline Partner with business leaders to anticipate manpower needs and align hiring strategies with business goals and growth plans Strategic HR Leadership Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization s vision and growth plans Balance operational excellence with long-term strategic objectives Organizational Development Culture Design and implement initiatives to nurture a positive collaborative and performance-driven work culture Drive employee engagement and retention through programs that motivate and inspire teams HR Operations Compliance Ensure HR policies and practices are streamlined compliant and effectively communicated Oversee performance management processes and employee relations Change Management Champion transformation initiatives and guide the organization through periods of growth and change Requirements 10-15 years of HR experience with proven success in talent acquisition especially field sales hiring and process establishment Experience from tier-1 medical device companies preferred pharma healthcare experience will be considered Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders Hands-on proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges Demonstrated ability to balance immediate execution needs with long-term strategic goals Ideal Candidate Profile A results-driven HR professional who thrives on building HR systems from the ground up enjoys working in a quick-paced and growing business environment and can translate strategy into actionable HR solutions The ideal candidate will bring industry insights from the medical device sector possess strong experience in sales-force recruitment and capability building and be committed to developing a scalable HR function that supports sustainable growth
