Role Summary

We are seeking a senior, solid, and result-oriented Fashion Designer & Execution Lead who can take complete ownership of design execution and production. The role requires a highly responsible professional capable of managing end-to-end operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design to execution lifecycle from concept to final production
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and production efficiency
- Work closely with Onwer to align with brand direction




- Manage and coordinate design and production teams
- Oversee sampling, fittings, vendor coordination, and final output
- Resolve execution challenges and ensure smooth workflow

Candidate Requirements

- Min 5 years of relevant experience in fashion design & production
- Proven ability to handle execution independently
- Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of garments, fabrics, and production processes
- Disciplined, dependable, and deadline-driven
- Good communication skills for Client Interactions
