Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Digital Business Unit, ensuring business growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

- Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with client objectives.

- Oversee end-to-end digital operations, project delivery, quality, timelines, and resource planning.

- Build and manage strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Client Servicing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Creative, and Project Management.

- Drive collaboration across departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Monitor campaign performance, business KPIs, budgets, and profitability.

- Support new business pitches and expand the agency's digital capabilities.





- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

- 1015 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or integrated communications.

- Proven experience leading digital teams within an advertising or digital agency.

- Solid understanding of digital strategy, campaign management, and agency operations.

- Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in real estate marketing is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
