Role Overview

Della Townships is seeking an exceptional Head Embedded Home Interior Automation & Lighting who will lead the development and execution of next-generation smart home experiences across Dellas luxury township ecosystem.

The role requires a unique combination of expertise in embedded technology, home automation, IoT systems, architectural lighting, and luxury interior experiences. The individual will be responsible for designing intelligent living environments that seamlessly integrate technology, comfort, aesthetics, and automation.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to conceptualize, design, and execute futuristic smart living experiences that create a differentiated benchmark in luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Smart Home Technology Leadership

- Define and develop the technology roadmap for embedded home automation solutions across Della Townships.
- Lead the conceptualization of intelligent residential experiences integrating IoT, sensors, automation, and connected devices.




- Design technology frameworks for smart villas, residences, experiential centers, and lifestyle spaces.
- Evaluate and integrate global smart home technologies and platforms.

Embedded Systems & Automation
- Lead embedded hardware architecture, controllers, sensors, actuators, and IoT-based solutions.
- Design and implement automation systems for:

- Lighting

- Climate control

- Security

- Entertainment systems

- Smart appliances

- Energy management
- Work with technology partners to develop customized solutions.

Interior Automation & Lighting Design
- Create luxury lighting experiences aligned with architectural intent and user behaviour.
- Develop human-centric lighting solutions including:

- Mood lighting

- Circadian lighting

- Wellness lighting
- Experience-based lighting scenarios
- Integrate automation into interior design concepts.

Experiential Center Development
- Lead technology implementation for Dellas world-class township experiential center.
- Create immersive demonstrations showcasing:

- Future homes

- Smart living
- AI-powered residences

- Connected communities
- Collaborate with global technology partners.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Work directly with the CMD on innovation-led initiatives.
- Lead internal teams, consultants, architects, designers,



and technology partners.
- Manage vendor selection, partnerships, implementation, and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in embedded systems, smart home automation, IoT, lighting automation, or related technology domains.
- Proven experience in luxury residential, hospitality, real estate, or technology-driven environments.

- Strong understanding of

- Embedded hardware

- IoT architecture

- Smart home protocols
- KNX / Lutron / Crestron / Control4 systems

- Lighting automation

- AV integration
- Ability to translate technology into exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Experience working with international technology partners will be preferred.
