Position Summary The Head of Construction will lead end-to-end construction strategy and execution for large-scale commercial, hospitality, and luxury high-rise developments. The role requires a senior Civil Engineer with 2530 years of experience, including 10–12 years in the Middle East or Europe, and proven leadership in delivering high-value projects with strong quality, safety, cost, and timeline discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall construction planning, execution, and delivery across assigned projects.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contractor performance, and risk controls.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC teams, contractors, and statutory authorities.

- Ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive construction delivery for commercial properties, hotels, and luxury high-rise buildings.

- Review construction methodologies, materials, productivity, and site performance.

- Resolve critical technical and commercial issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Provide regular reporting to senior management on progress, risk, and mitigation actions.





- Build and mentor high-performing project and site teams.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- 25–30 years of total experience in construction leadership.

- 10–12 years of relevant exposure in the Middle East or Europe.

- Strong background in commercial, hotel, and/or luxury high-rise construction.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects.

- Strong command over planning, execution, contracts, and site governance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
