Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef / Senior Cook to lead the kitchen operations for our catering business. The ideal candidate should have excellent cooking skills, the ability to prepare a wide variety of cuisines, and the capability to independently manage end-to-end catering kitchen operations while ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and supervise the cooking of meals for catering orders and events.
- Independently manage the complete kitchen and catering cooking operations.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Plan menus based on customer requirements and event specifications.




- Supervise and coordinate kitchen assistants and helpers.
- Estimate and manage raw material requirements to minimize wastage.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
- Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food for catering functions.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Handle bulk cooking efficiently while maintaining quality.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
