What are we looking for:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI FullStack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of next generation AI powered enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in full stack application development, GenerativeAI, rapid prototyping, and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to translate business problems into scalable AI products. This role requires hands-on technical leadership in building end-to-end AI applications, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and accelerating AI adoption across enterprise functions.

Key Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript for building enterprise-grade applications.
- Proven experience designing and developing AI-powered web applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated experience in rapid prototyping, MVP development, and converting business ideas into production-ready AI solutions.
- Extensive experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms, event-driven architectures, and third-party systems.
- Solid expertise in microservices architecture, API design, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Cloud Platforms AWS.




- Deep understanding of authentication and security standards including OAuth2, SSO, JWT, RBAC, and enterprise security best practices.
- Experience leading engineering teams, code reviews, architectural governance, and technical mentoring.

What does the job entail:

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale AI applications and platforms.
- Develop and deliver rapid AI prototypes, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and MVPs to validate business use cases and accelerate innovation.
- Design and implement scalable frontend and backend architectures using React.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, business workflows, and third-party platforms.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for AI application development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and data scientists to define AI product roadmaps.
- Drive cloud-native development, containerization, deployment automation, and production readiness.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI technologies, full-stack development, and solution architecture.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve business productivity and customer experience.
- Build intelligent applications leveraging LLMs, AI Agents, RAG frameworks, and enterprise knowledge repositories.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
