• PCB Design: Design, simulate, and optimize schematic diagrams and multi-layer PCB layouts for AC/DC EV chargers, power stages, and control boards.Component Selection &
- BOM: Select appropriate microcontrollers, power semiconductors (MOSFETs/IGBTs), sensors, and thermal management systems; create highly accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).Prototype Testing &
- Debugging: Build and test hardware prototypes, troubleshoot hardware failures, and conduct thermal, EMI/EMC, and high-voltage safety testing.Compliance &
