:

The Lead Developer / DevOps Oversight would be the senior technical leader for a multi-tier enterprise platform with a legacy Grails core application, a React single-page application, and Java/Spring backend services, and would additionally provide DevOps oversight across the entire Product Development application portfolio. The role is accountable for architecture, modernization strategy, delivery governance, secure engineering, Bitbucket Pipelines oversight, deployment coordination, AWS integration oversight, and cross-application DevOps standards, while mentoring developers and supporting cross-training across teams.

Responsibilities :

- Design and support Java/Spring Boot services, REST APIs, and event-driven workflows using AWS SQS/SNS, JMS, or equivalent messaging platforms.
- Support React-based front-end development, component architecture, state management, and API integration patterns.
- Oversee Bitbucket Pipelines, deployment coordination, release promotion, and AWS integration across all Product Development applications.
- Establish and maintain cross-application DevOps standards, secure engineering practices, and production observability.
- Guide relational data modeling, ORM usage (JPA/Hibernate), and schema migration practices on PostgreSQL/Aurora.




- Lead technical design, mentor developers, coordinate releases, and ensure secure, maintainable, and scalable engineering practices.
- Support cross-training and technical consistency across the development team.

Essential Skills :

1.

Job :

- 10 years of experience in enterprise application development, with strong Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, and service-oriented architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience modernizing legacy platforms, including Grails, Groovy, GSP views, WAR/Tomcat deployments, or similar legacy Java web stacks.
- Strong front-end awareness with React-based single-page applications, component-based architecture, state management, and API integration patterns.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora, relational data modeling, ORM frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate, and schema migration practices.
- Experience designing and supporting event-driven workflows using messaging platforms such as AWS SQS/SNS, JMS, or equivalent technologies.
- Solid understanding of AWS services, secrets management, CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based development environments, and production observability.
- Hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Bitbucket Pipelines, build automation, deployment orchestration, and release promotion across environments.
- Ability to lead technical design, coordinate releases,



and ensure secure, maintainable, and scalable engineering practices.
