Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym.
- Supervise trainers, front desk executives, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
- Monitor gym cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
- Handle member queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and membership campaigns.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and facility maintenance.
- Maintain operational reports, inventory, and daily MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
