The Test Assurance Lead is a senior governance and quality assurance specialist with deep expertise in Guidewire systems, AI, and automation tools. They are responsible for overseeing the testing activities across a complex programme comprising multiple workstreams, including the Guidewire upgrade to SaaS, Mediator Service build, and migration from on-premise Guidewire to the upgraded platform.

This role involves defining, owning, and maintaining the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, industry best practices, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing and automation. The Test Assurance Lead provides independent assurance that testing activities within each workstream are conducted effectively, meet quality standards,



and deliver the expected outcomes, without direct management of the workstreams themselves.

Key accountabilities include establishing testing governance frameworks, integrating AI and automation solutions to improve testing efficiency and coverage, monitoring testing progress, identifying risks or issues, and recommending corrective actions. The role requires robust collaboration with workstream teams, third-party service providers, stakeholders, and quality assurance functions to ensure consistent, high-quality testing across the programme.
