Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at IKAYI in Lucknow. This role is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth flow of service. Day-to-day tasks include answering guest inquiries, guiding guests through menu options and specials, and supporting the service team to maintain a high standard of hospitality.

The Guest Services

Associate will handle phone and in-person bookings, address guest concerns promptly, and assist with coordinating special requests or events.



The role requires close collaboration with the front-of-house team to create a welcoming, productive, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences.

Proven Customer Service experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing environment.

Ability to manage Reservations efficiently, including phone, online, and walk-in bookings.

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanor.

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Comfort working on-site in a restaurant environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Collaborative team mindset and willingness to support colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or POS systems is an advantage.

Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
