- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.

- Handle guest check-ins, reservations, and seating coordination.

- Address guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

- Monitor guest experience throughout their visit and ensure comfort.

- Manage bookings, phone calls, and online reservations efficiently.

- Maintain records of guest preferences and repeat customers.

- Assist in special requests, celebrations, and VIP guest handling.

- Ensure cleanliness and ambience standards in the guest area.

- Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers when appropriate.

- Represent the brand image with professionalism and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
