Guest Relations Officer – South Bangalore

Santamonica Study Abroad is looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide a welcoming experience for visitors and support day-to-day front office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage front office activities, including handling walk-in enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate team.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and MS Office.
- Keep the reception and waiting area organized and presentable.




- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the branch team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Client Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
