Job Title: Guest Relations Executive – Resort

Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable stay while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Build positive relationships with guests and provide personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Assist VIP guests and manage special requests
- Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction levels
- Conduct guest follow-ups to ensure service excellence
- Promote resort facilities, amenities, and in-house services
- Maintain guest records and prepare daily reports
- Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and hospitality standards

Skills Required:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and guest relationship management
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Proficiency in PMS software (Opera, IDS, or similar) and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- 1–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in resorts, luxury hotels, boutique properties, or premium hospitality brands
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest engagement, and OTA platforms is an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
