Company Description ConnectVault is an AI-powered platform designed to help professionals maintain and grow meaningful relationships without losing track of important interactions. The product focuses on solving common challenges such as forgotten business cards, missing meeting notes, and missed follow-ups.

At the core of ConnectVault is ARIA, an AI Relationship Assistant that helps users prepare for meetings, generate follow-ups, capture context, and remember every interaction. The platform serves founders, sales professionals, recruiters, consultants, and event attendees, enabling them to stay on top of key relationships and opportunities.

Role Description As a GTM Intern at ConnectVault, you will support go-to-market activities across marketing, sales enablement, and customer outreach in a remote internship role. You will help research target markets and user segments, assist in refining messaging and positioning, and contribute to creating content for campaigns and outreach.

Day-to-day tasks may include organizing prospect lists, supporting email and social campaigns, preparing materials for demos or events, and gathering feedback from early users. You will collaborate closely with the founding and GTM teams, learn how an AI product is launched and scaled,



and gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

- Interest in go-to-market strategy, with the ability to conduct market research and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise messaging for emails, social media, and presentations.
- Comfort working with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM or outreach tools, project management platforms).
- Analytical mindset with basic familiarity with metrics such as engagement, conversion, and pipeline indicators.
- Self-starter attitude, able to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Team-oriented approach, with willingness to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and work cross-functionally with product and founding teams.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; startup or SaaS experience is a plus.
- Genuine interest in AI tools, relationship management, and building products for founders, sales professionals, recruiters, and consultants.
