Role Description The GTM Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Echo Money’s products and services. This role involves defining target segments, positioning, and messaging, and collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to plan and launch new offerings.

The GTM Manager will design and manage campaigns, sales enablement materials, and value propositions that drive acquisition, activation, and retention across key markets. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends and customer insights, refining pricing and packaging, tracking performance against KPIs, and iterating on GTM plans to improve pipeline and revenue outcomes. The role also includes coordinating cross-functional launch timelines, supporting partner and channel initiatives,



and ensuring consistent brand and product narratives across all external touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Experience in go-to-market strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management for B2B fintech or SaaS solutions.
- Strong skills in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and growth plans.
- Proficiency in sales enablement and marketing collaboration, including creation of pitch decks, playbooks, and campaign assets.
- Ability to work with data and KPIs, using analytics tools and dashboards to measure GTM performance and optimize initiatives.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Solid understanding of payments, Banking-as-a-Service, or digital assets/stablecoins, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear, concise messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in scaling GTM motions across regions or channels is a plus.
