Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Growth & Partnerships Internship role based in Noida. The intern will support the growth team in identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding creators, brands, agencies, and community partners. Day-to-day work includes market research, pipeline building, assisting in sales outreach, and coordinating meetings and follow-ups with potential partners.

The role involves helping plan and execute community initiatives such as events, meetups, and campaigns,



while tracking performance metrics and preparing reports for internal stakeholders. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing, community, and product teams to refine partnership strategies and contribute ideas that drive user acquisition, engagement, and long-term relationships.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, evaluate partnership opportunities, and track growth metrics.

Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, relationship building, and stakeholder coordination.

Interest or experience in growth hacking, experimenting with new channels, and supporting data-driven growth initiatives.

Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and nurturing prospects in a fast-paced setting.

Project management capabilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and support smooth execution of campaigns and partnerships.

Passion for the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital communities; familiarity with social media platforms and online culture.

Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, and take initiative in a dynamic startup environment.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
