Role Description This is a remote internship role focused on supporting growth initiatives at Rovo Health. The intern will help identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, assist in running experiments across digital channels, and contribute to optimizing customer acquisition and engagement.

Daily tasks may include analyzing performance data, preparing reports and dashboards, supporting sales outreach and lead qualification, and collaborating with cross-functional partners on growth campaigns and projects. The intern will also help coordinate timelines, track progress against goals, and communicate updates to stakeholders.



This role is well-suited for individuals who are eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and interested in both the commercial and operational sides of healthcare.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales skills, with interest in experimenting across channels and supporting customer acquisition.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organization, time management, and the ability to coordinate tasks across teams.
- Candidates should demonstrate initiative, curiosity about healthcare and digital products, and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, analytics tools, or CRM platforms is beneficial, along with basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
