What You'll Do

- Connect with small business owners over phone and video calls.

- Understand their business and identify their day-to-day challenges.

- Demonstrate how Zopnote can simplify billing, collections, subscriptions and customer management.

- Help merchants get started and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Build relationships and follow up until customers become successful users.

- Capture customer feedback and work closely with the product team.

Who We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills in English plus one or more Indian languages.

- Confident speaking with customers over phone and video.

- Curious about mobile apps, SaaS and digital commerce.

- Understands or is eager to learn how Indian small businesses operate.

- Quick learner who can adapt, solve problems and work independently.

- Self-driven,



energetic and passionate about helping local businesses grow.

Qualification

- Any degree in

Sales, Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing

.

- Fluent in

Hindi, Kannada

, and other regional languages is a plus.

- Prior

Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, or Telecalling experience is preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

- Quick learner with a passion for startups and helping small businesses grow.
